Dhaka University authorities may hold honours entry test for ‘Gha’ or ‘D Unit’ only for 2021-2022 academic year.

The university deans’ committee made the recommendation at a meeting on Wednesday with DU Vice-Chancellor Prof M Akhtaruzzaman in the chair amidst much criticism.

Dean of Arts Faculty Dr Mohammad Abdul Bashir confirmed the news

The DU authorities on February 7 decided not to take admission tests for the D unit separately, under the Faculty of Social Science, from 2021-22 academic year.
